The Bent Fork is amazing! I requested vegan meals and they happily obliged. They made the meals in advance and I picked them up. It was that easy. The meals were delicious and I appreciated them accommodating my request.
We had The Bent Fork cater our Pro Bono Appreciation Event and the whole experience was perfect. Set up was fast and on time, the food was amazing and the owners are so sweet. We will definitely use them again and already look forward to the next time.
I was passing through Lawton and needed a fast healthy meal without breaking the bank. The to go meals that the Bent Fork have to offer are amazing and reasonably priced! Do yourself a favor and skip the Mc Donald’s drive through next time and check it out!
If you're looking for a meal prep service look no further. Not only is the Bent Fork owned by an incredibly kind and genuine family, but it also produces amazing food that is healthy and homemade. Jerrod and Christa truly make this restaurant one that you can't wait to go back to. The first time my fiance and I visited to inquire about their services, we immediately felt welcome and could see the dedication that Jerrod and Christa put into each and every meal. Every two weeks they create a menu that has a variety of flavors and ingredients. Their meals vary from Keto, high protein and low carb, to just plain good. Each meal is prepacked in a microwave friendly container that only takes 2 mins to reheat and still tastes incredibly fresh! Additionally if you are concerned about your food intake or are tracking your food, each container lists the macros and calories of the meal. Our favorite part of the Bent Fork is that they offer bulk order pricing so if you want meals for the week, or don't have access to a kitchen, you easily get more value than what you are paying. They also offer a "punch card" so if you want to order 10 meals ahead of time but want to pick them up at a later time or want to wait for the next menu, you can buy the card and pick up your meals later. My Fiance and I have been getting our lunches here for 2 weeks now and can't wait to try everything on future menus. Highly recommend for anyone with busy schedules, soldiers here on TDY, or anyone who needs help eating healthier.
The Shrimp & Grits are a must have! Great service and great food! Saves us hundreds of dollars per month not eating out but still getting the quality as if we were!
We chose Bent Fork as the caterer for a 50th Wedding Anniversary Party and everything went exactly as we hoped! They provided amazing service for a sit down meal for 35 people. The food was wonderful and beautifully presented. The service was perfect. Hats off to the entire Bent Fork team for all of their hard work and many many thanks for helping make the event a success as well as stress free!

The Bent Fork created the most beautiful charcuterie spread for my parent's anniversary party. They were so friendly, accommodating, and wonderful to work with and we could not have been happier with the results. We have had them cater for other family gatherings in the past and have been equally as pleased. If you have any catering needs, look no further than the Bent Fork. I cannot recommend them enough!
